Searching Existing Patient Records

To access and locate electronic health records across the system, navigate to Quick Links on the Home screen and tap QPatient RecordsQ to open the QEHR SearchQ portal.

Searching Records by Query Options​

  • Expand the Query Options filter panel.
  • Select your preferred search category:
    • Appointment: Enter the specific Appointment Booking ID.
    • Patient: Enter the unique Patient ID.
    • Consultation: Enter the specific Consultation ID. • Tap Search to display matching medical records.

Searching via QR Code​

  • Tap the QR Code scanner icon located at the bottom center of the screen.
  • Live Camera Scan: Align the patient's QR code within the live camera viewfinder.
  • Gallery Upload: Alternatively, tap Scan from Image Gallery to select and process a stored QR code image from your device.
