What is an Inventory?​

An Inventory represents your working schedule and time availability (for example, Morning OPD Shift or Weekday Slot Schedule). It defines WHEN and for HOW LONG you are available to provide your services.

Inventory Fields:​

  • Inventory Name: The title used to identify your shift schedule (e.g., Weekday Morning Shift).
  • Effective Start - End Date: The specific calendar date range during which this schedule remains active.
  • Working Days of Week: The specific days of the week when you will be available (e.g., Mon–Fri or All days).
  • Working Day Shift Start Time: The exact time your daily shift begins (e.g., 09:00 AM).
  • Shift Duration: The total length of your operational working shift for that day (e.g., 4 hours).
  • Service Provider Concurrency: Defines how many patients can be checked in simultaneously within the same slot.
