Create a Product

Step 1: Create Product​

  • Click on Products
  • Tap New Product at the top right of the My Products screen.
  • Health Center Selection: If you have multiple health centers created, select the specific Health Center for which you are creating this inventory from the top dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Product Name, Product Label (Customer Visible), select the Product Type, set Inventory Scope, and choose the Service Duration.
  • Tap Create, then confirm the action popup by tapping Yes.
  • Note on Refresh: The system will display Creating Product... followed by a Success! message. If the newly created product does not immediately appear in your list, perform a manual refresh (swipe down or tap the refresh icon at top right) to reveal it.

Step 2: Set Product Pricing​

This step is required before publishing

  • Select the newly created product card to open Product Detail.
  • If you try to tap Publish Product Listing immediately, a warning banner (Cannot publish product without price) will appear.
  • Tap the three-dot menu at the top right, select Edit Product Pricing, enter the Amount, and choose the Currency.
  • Tap Update and confirm with Yes. An automatic refresh will apply the updated pricing and display your calculated share.
