Account Creation and Login

To use the Sleepfore provider platform, every service provider or clinic administrator must follow a two-tier registration workflow:

Important Registration Prerequisite: To register as a Business/Service Provider, first sign in and register as a Standard User (Individual Account). Once your User Account is created, proceed to the next step and set up your Business Account within the app to register your practice, health centre, or clinic credentials. 

Phase 1: Standard User Registration: Establish individual user identity​

  1. Open the Sleepfore application.
  2. The main launch screen displays the Email Login interface containing Email and Password input fields.
  3. Tap Sign up located below the login inputs.
  4. Email Address: Enter your primary email address (this serves as your main Login ID).
  5. Password: Create a secure password for your account.
  6. Tap Sign Up / Register to submit your initial profile

Phase 2: Email Verification & OTP Setup: Verify credentials via email​

  1. Check your email inbox for the One-Time Password (OTP).
  2. Enter the received OTP on the verification screen and tap Verify OTP to activate your base account.
    • Troubleshooting OTP Delivery:
      • Check Spam/Junk Folders: If the email does not arrive within 60 seconds, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
