Business Account Registration

Register your profile as a service provider (Doctor, Sleep Lab, Physio, Mental Health Coach, Diet Health Planner, Yoga Trainer) to start offering services on the app.

Note

Prerequisite: You must first create and log in to a standard user account on the app.

Step 1: Navigate to Business Account Registration​

  1. On the app Home Screen, tap the Hamburger Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
  2. From the menu list, tap on Sleepfore Business.
  3. The Business Account Registration page will open.

Step 2: Select Client Type​

  1. Tap on the Client Type drop-down menu.
  2. Select your specific profession/category from the available options:
    • Doctor
    • Sleep Lab
    • Mental Health Coach
    • Yoga Teacher
    • Diet Health Planner
    • Physiotherapist

Step 3: Fill Client Information & Submit​

Complete the required details in the registration form:

  1. Basic Info: Enter your Name, upload an Avatar image, and enter your official email.
  2. Contact Numbers: Add your primary Mobile Number (with country code. For example +91XXXXXXXXX).
  3. About Yourself: Write a concise bio or description of your practice.
  4. Proof Documents:
    1. Upload Identity Proof Documents.
    2. Upload Business Proof Documents (e.g., GST Certification).
  5. Tap Submit at the bottom to complete your registration request.
